UPDATE: The lefty blogosphere doesn't rest. New (unofficial) logo generator here and LabourList competition here!
The "create your own Conservative logo" tool has now been taken down after 22 hours of abuse by anti-Tory bloggers and activists. Visitors to the site are now presented with a message from its creator observing that he was "wrong to expect everyone to use it sensibly" and that " Labour supporters have a fair bit of wit about them". How true!
Over 2,300 images were created in just 20 hours after the admin of the Conservative Future Twitter alerted the world to the tool just after midnight on Friday morning and we followed up with this post (and apparently the Republicans tried something similar in 2004).
