In addition to Jack Straw's regular neighbourhood meetings and town centre shoutabouts, you can use this site to discuss the issues facing Blackburn and the Country by commenting on the latest news and blog posts. If you are resident in Blackburn you can register to vote by filling in this form and return it to the electoral registration officer, Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council, Town Hall, Blackburn, BB1 7DY. If you are already registered but would prefer to vote by post or proxy just complete this form and return to Blackburn Town Hall as above.
