Councillor Jackie Floyd
Jackie is a nurse who has lived and worked in this ward for over 30 years and works to ensure your voice is heard locally as part of a strong Labour Council that works hard to combat the devastation caused by this Tory government. Jackie regularly organizes community clean ups and environmental education projects.
Since being elected in May 2018 Jackie has worked hard across the whole of the ward. She has used her skills to the full to bring together the diverse community, from tackling the rubbish in alleys, parking and more. Jackie is prompt at responding to residents concerns by phone, email and with personal visits and always gives her full commitment.

Councillor Tasleem Fazal
Tasleem has been on the Council since his election in 2016. He lives in the heart of the area on Revidge Road and knows many local residents. Holding senior positions in the Council, he is a regular contributor to Council Forums, speaking passionately about local and national issues.

Councillor Mohammed Ifran
Mohammed is the newest Councillor in Billinge & Beardwood, after taking the seat from the Conservatives in 2021. Mohammed has been active in the community for many years and ran a convenience store for over seven years.
