The Ewood Labour team support and attend the local community Associations. They hold regular monthly surgeries, organise on street ward surgeries, and support a monthly breakfast club at Livesey All Age Centre and Monthly Lunch group at Ewood Park.

Elaine was brought up and educated in Blackburn, ultimately gaining an honours degree Business and Finance. She has worked in stadiums for over 20 years in different roles, including 7 years at Ewood Park, but spent the last few years working on the front line fighting COVID-19.

Jim was born in Blackburn and lives and works here. He is a former Royal Navy serviceman of more than ten years, a UNITE member and branch secretary for over fifteen years. He is proud to serve the Ewood ward and his priorities are crime and anti social, behaviour, fly tipping, Investment opportunities/Job creation, Social isolation/exclusion.
